2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Brass Bones has a fixed shipping and handling cost of £3.95 no matter how many shirts you order. Shipping will automatically be added to your order.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|
|Brass Bones strives for 100 % customer satisfaction. There isn't much point in ordering a custom shirt if it is not exactly what you want. Being a custom made item, we handle all issues or returns on an individual basis. Please contact us to resolve any issues. Thank you.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|

|When will my order ship?|
After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us along with any communication in case we require further details.
Our expected delivery time is 3-4 weeks, and you will be e-mailed once your order has been dispatched.
